Your account

You sign in with your own mobile number. Keep your phone and the codes we send private. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.

What you post

Post only property you are allowed to sell or rent, with true details, prices and photos you have the right to use. Do not post anything misleading, abusive or illegal. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Dealing with others

Matti connects buyers, owners and dealers; we are not a party to any deal. Check documents, ownership and the property yourself before paying anyone. Badges show the checks a profile has passed, not a guarantee.

Paid features

Featured ads and boosts run for the period shown when you buy them. Prices are shown before you pay.
